Just like the organizations that we serve (Private Schools, Churches & Mission Sending Organizations), we operate on faith and rely on the generosity of others to meet our needs.
OUR PRICING MODEL: FREE
We do not charge a fee for Private Schools, Churches or Mission Sending Organizations that are nonprofits to use our Private Label Fundraising/ Crowdfunding site. It is completely free to the organization.. When a person makes a donation to an organization raising funds we provide that donor an opportunity to make a small donation to the platform that is 100% optional. Unlike most giving platforms that tax every donation with a “platform fee” of 5% or more, we are essentially getting a tip for the service we provide. And, just like a tip at the restaurant, the amount is completely at the discretion of the patron.
OUR PLAN: WALK BY FAITH
If we provide a valuable service, we believe that donors will be generous and support us as well. The platform donation is completely optional, and we make it absolutely clear to donors that any donation to help the platform is in addition to the cause they are supporting. And there we have the faith part of being Faithfully Funded!
The organizations we serve rely on the generosity of others, and we will do the same. We are able to do this in part through the support of our parent company and the small tip from donors.
A WORD ABOUT CREDIT CARD FEES
While the platform is “fee free” to use, credit cards still charge a fee. Credit card processors charge a fee, usually between 2% and 3%. The merchant account credit card processing fee will be deducted from the donation. No additional fees or percentages are collected by The Givedot Program; only the amount charged by the credit card processor is deducted.
